Policy

1. LATE / NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact the salon if you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment. We will do our best to hold your reservation and accommodate you if you arrive late. However, if you do not inform us of your delay, your appointment will be considered a walk-in. If you miss three appointments without notifying us, we will no longer accept appointment bookings from you. You will only be able to come in as a walk-in client. Your punctuality helps us serve you and all our clients better. Thank you for your understanding.

2. RETURNS OR REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any services or gift certificates. If you notice any issues with your nails within 48 hours, please call us immediately to schedule your repair within 7 days. Any issues brought up after the 48-hour period will incur charges according to your receipt.

We offer complimentary nail repairs including gel/polish chipping, breakage if the nails were too thin when first enhanced at our salon, or any issues related to the application during the service. We will ONLY fix your nails, NO CHANGE OF COLOR / DESIGN / SHAPE & NO REFUND.

This complimentary repair does NOT include nails damaged resulting from excessive force (damage caused by blunt force, nail fractures, bleeding nails), as well as nail enhancement disfiguration (biting, filing down your fingernails at home).

If you’re not happy with our work / color / nail techs, please kindly inform salon manager immediately during your service so we can fix the issue right away. When you leave the salon, you accept the services, no change of mind.

3. LENGTH & SHAPE CHARGES

The following shapes will be charged: almond, coffin, ballerina, stiletto, tapered/narrow square, square. 

Please be aware: Some nail shapes are difficult to create and may cause permanent nail bed damage if the nails are not long enough. Our prices for the length range from $5 to $30, depending on how long the nails are. Length charges vary and are not based on a fixed price because each person’s nail bed is unique. The length charges of the nail must be proportional to the amount of material used, and the time it takes to mold it into the correct shape.

Acrylic Refills:

A length charge will still be applied to acrylic refills because when the nails grow longer, more time will be spent correcting shape, adding thickness to the apex and tips, and correcting structure if the nails curve due to their length.

Please note that we still charge for shaping in our refill service if your nails need to be trimmed.

4. GIFT CERTIFICATES

9194 Nail Lounge gift certificates are non-refundable and can only be used for service at our salon. They may not be used to purchase or exchange for other gift certificates or cash.

9194 Nail Lounge gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
